Food for Fines in November
Got overdue fines? During the month of November, bring in a non-perishable food item and get up to $5 waived from your overdue fines!
 
Details:
  • One food item per library card.
  • Applies to overdue fines only (does not cover lost or damaged materials).
  • Donations must be unopened and within expiration dates.
 
All donations go to support Family Sharing of Ozaukee County. Thank you for supporting both your library and your community!

The Compassionate Conversation Series with Catherine Thomas.
 
Many people experience a heightened level of stress in November. This conversation will take a 'time out' from the seriousness of this season to recharge minds and hearts by focusing on the power of play. "Kevin Benson served in the U.S. Army as a commander and general staff officer for 30 years. He was the Director of Plans for Third U.S. Army and the Combined Forces Land Component Command at the beginning of Operation Iraqi Freedom, from July 2002 to July 2003. His final assignment was Director, School of Advanced Military Studies, at Fort Leavenworth, KS." Learn more about Col. Dungeons & Dragons is a popular Wisconsin-born tabletop role-playing game. Be part of an adventure in a fantasy setting, where players work together to overcome obstacles and defeat monsters. This program will be a “one-shot” adventure beginning and ending in one day, with the guidance of some talented Dungeon Masters from Game Universe – Mequon. For ages 12-18. Zero experience necessary.
